Training in Webuild: partnerships with schools and universities
At Webuild, we believe in young talents and invest in their present.

To do this, we collaborate with an ever-expanding network of premium universities and technical-oriented colleges, with the aim of attracting, selecting and training profiles destined to become the driving force behind our Group in the future.
Partnerships with the most prestigious universities and higher technical institutes will soon be activated in Romania to actively contribute to training pathways and encourage the inclusion of younger people in the work arena.
Upcoming initiatives starting in the country include, for example, a partnership with the Liceul Tehnologic Transporturi Auto in Calarasi, which envisages the activation of a 3-year training plan starting from the 2024-2025 school year. In the training course, in addition to classroom activities, students will have the opportunity to carry out practical activities directly inside the workshops of Buildrom (formerly Astalrom), a Romanian company of the Webuild Group, specializing in road transport and heavy construction machinery) for the completion of their course of study.
